CSI holds a special place in Ted’s heart for first opening his eyes to service in other parts of God’s creation. Working to provide team opportunities that allow for service and spiritual growth for all those involved inspires him to remain engaged in the ministry. My first trip with CSI was to Jamaica in 2004. This is Ted’s second time to serve on the board previously serving in the late 2000s.
Ted has served in a number of local community organizations including Kiwanis, local economic development board, local revitalization board, and previously served on the area board for Youth for Christ. He attends Grace United Methodist Church in Hartford City where he teaches an adult Sunday School class, sings in the choir, and serves as the Chairman of the Finance Committee.
Ted has been involved in small town commercial banking since 1977. He now serves as Regional President for Citizens State Bank of New Castle, IN. Ted is a graduate of Montpelier High School and also earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Ball State University.
Ted is married to Linda, and they have a daughter Amy who is married to Jim, a son Jeff who is married to Kristin, and five wonderful grandchildren, Logan, Brooklyn, Camden, Cooper, and Addison. Ted and Linda live in Hartford City, IN.
