Generally speaking, here is an outline of the process.

- Contact CSI with the desired dates and/or number of days, ministry objective(s), ministry project, size of team and if you would like us to take care of your own airfare.
- The field director and the CSI staff in Muncie, IN will then work together to see how we can meet the needs of your team.
- The International Director will then contact you with the details of the trip; dates that are okay with the field, trip expenses, airfare (if CSI is taking care of it) and inform team leader of any special circumstances if any. Your team will then be put on the ?books? as tentative team.
- Complete and submit the applications with deposits- status is now confirmed (at least 90 days in advance of travel)- Applications are available to download from the internet- We will forward that link directly to the team leader once we have dates for the team.
- Confirm and pay for all trip expenses (30 days prior).
