CSI Ministries is a short-term mission organization serving in Jamaica, Belize, the United States, and beyond. We want to see people empowered in their humanity through the local church and we do that through our numerous projects including building homes, providing solutions for those impacted by natural disasters and systemic neglect. As a result, seeing new spiritual life begins with people hearing about their need for Jesus Christ as their Savior.

Short-term missions have always been at the heart of CSI. They still are. What’s changing isn’t our commitment — it’s how we walk through seasons like this one.

As Hurricane Melissa bears down on Jamaica, our mission takes on a new shape. For decades, CSI has shown up when life gets hard — not just with supplies, but with presence. The same local pastors, families, and field staff who welcome our teams week after week are now preparing to weather this storm. And when it passes, they’ll be the ones leading the way toward recovery.

We’ve set up a Hurricane Melissa Relief Fund to stand beside them — not just in the moment, but for the long haul. Immediate help matters, but so does sustainable restoration. Our Jamaican team will guide every response, ensuring that help is wise, timely, and rooted in real relationships.

This is what mission looks like when it’s more than a trip. It’s discipleship in motion — faith showing up when it matters most.
