Please complete the following interest form to CSI Ministries or call the CSI office at 765.286.0711. We would love to discuss adding you to an existing team that fits your skills and the country where you wish to serve.

Current trips with openings for 2024:

Belize:
December 7-14 Construction and Outreach

Jamaica:
June 8-15 Construction and Outreach

Elkhorn City Baptist Church in Elkhorn City, KY (Local projects and VBS)
Lend-a-Hand Center in Walker, KY
Shiloh Christian Children’s Ranch in Shelbina, MO (Teams needed)

Team Leader Registration

Please complete and return the Team Registration Agreement with the non-refundable and non-transferable, registration fee of $200 to CSI Ministries to reserve your requested dates on your field of choice. Your requested dates will be held for only one week from your initial request. Once the Team Registration Agreement and fee is received by CSI Ministries, you will receive an application for all team members to fill out. All applications must be submitted 45 days prior to trip departure. The $200 team registration fee will be deducted from one team members fee. Final payment for all participants is due 30 days prior to trip departure date.

Getting started can be overwhelming, but at CSI we have all the details worked out.  Just answer the call from God and we’ll tackle the rest.
